Refund Policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not provide refunds on purchased items except for special circumstances.

 

To be eligible for a return, you must demonstrate the purchase was either in error, involved circumstances we deem unavoidable or caused by an error on our part. Such a refund maybe be no later that 15 days after initial purchase.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with license.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your request for refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be eligible for refunds, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can exchange one item for another is they are the same price and you can prove the purchase of the particular item was made in error. If you need to exchange it for an item with the same price, send us an email at info@namibstock.com
